CURRENT POSITIONS
We are currently seeking New Business Representatives for our customer service unit. We are an internet based company that is currently expanding our customer service department. We are excited to bring new members on board since we work together as a team in a friendly office environment.
POSITION OVERVIEW
This position will assist our customers, through inbound and outbound calls, in determining which one of our products will best fit their needs. This individual will be responsible for representing a top level of professionalism and customer service to each one of our clients. You will also be responsible for consistently meeting and exceeding monthly goals and expectations.
NEW BUSINESS REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES
Assist customers with navigation of our website, the health insurance application process and understanding how our services truly benefit them. You will be representing customers through both inbound and outbound calls. You will interact with our customers primarily via phone and email.
NEW BUSINESS REPRESENTATIVE PATH
Our New Business Representative will complete the training process in 2 months. During that time, they will be required to obtain a California State Insurance License.
